Sonja W. Kobrin, M.P.S., C.M.C. Sonja Kobrin holds bachelor and master degrees in psychology. With 20 years of experience in counseling, assessment, crisis intervention, case management and community resources Mrs. Kobrin frequently speaks to professional and radio audiences on health care, mental health and care management topics. Mrs. Kobrin is care manager certified by the National Association of Professional Geriatric Care Managers.
David A. Kobrin, C.M.C., E.M.T.P. David Kobrin holds a degree in Business Administration Management and state certifications in Florida Real Estate Brokerage, Fire Inspector, and Emergency Paramedic. Mr. Kobrin has worked in the emergency services field since 1981. Mr. Kobrin is care manager certified by the National Association of Professional Geriatric Care Managers.

Marta Strong, Benefit Programs Specialist – Marta is the Director our Benefit Programs Department which is responsible for all Medicaid, Disability and Veteran Pension assistance. Marta is originally from Cuba and speaks English and Spanish. She has worked with V.I.P. Care Management, Inc. since 2003.
Toni Bolling, Care Manager – Toni is the lead care manager for V.I.P. Care Management, Inc.. Toni visits her clients on a regular basis to monitor their care, provide socialization, report back to their families. Toni coordinates all personal, medical, professional and domestic care services for our clients, provides care assessments and care plans to advise families about the needs of their elders. Toni graduated from Emmanuel College and speaks English and Italian. She has worked with V.I.P. Care Management, Inc. since 2000.
Ervin “Dewey” Cherry , Director of Marketing and Client Intake –Dewey meets with elders and their families to perform assessments, determine Medicaid or Veteran benefit eligibility and help their families develop a plan of action for their loved one. Dewey worked in the nursing home and assisted living industry as an admissions coordinator for over twelve years. He is originally from Georgia and has worked with V.I.P. Care Management, Inc. since 2005
Anne- Marie Corso, Assistant Benefits Specialist – Annie is a paralegal. She works with Marta to assist families in applying for Medicaid, Veteran and Disability programs. She also meets with families to assess their eligibility for programs and represents those families in the process. Annie is originally from Connecticut and joined our team in 2008.
Nichole worked for many years in her family’s physical therapy practice in central Florida. Before joining V.I.P. in March of 2011, she gained experience in the banking industry which makes her a great asset to our Benefit Specialists team. Nichole assists clients in applying for government programs such as Medicaid, Medicaid Diversion and Disability. Nichole is the proud mother of a little girl.
Kari is a Lantana, Florida native and enjoys fishing and water sports with her daughter. Her compassion and care for others led her to become a veterinary nurse for nearly 15 years. Her second profession in city government prepared her for the complexity of the Medicaid applications she now prepares as a Benefits Specialist at V.I.P.
Sheila is a licensed insurance agent with eight years of experience.She joined VIP in early 2011. Originally from Puerto Rico, Sheila speaks English and Spanish. She is recently married and enjoys working with our senior clients and their families.
Sean is a graduate of Eastern Illinois University and has lived in West Palm Beach Florida for over twenty-two years. Sean has held administrative and project coordinator positions in several non-profit organizations. His previous position as a Medicaid coordinator in the business office of a major nursing home corporation perfectly prepared him for the challenging position of Benefits Specialist at V.I.P. He is sometimes accompanied at work by his dalmatian, Belle.
Diane has a wealth of experience in the Administrative Support field, working with seniors in both Nursing Homes and Assisted Living facilities. She has a great appreciation for all people and enjoys being a part of such a dynamic organization. Diane moved to Florida in 2003 from Rhode Island and could not imagine living anywhere else.
John comes to us with a diverse background in business, finance, psychology and even professional football for the Dallas Cowboys developmental squad and Grand Rapids Chiefs. His experience includes a statewide franchise consultant for Domino’s pizza, treatment counselor in South Florida’s leading dual diagnosis hospitals and then branch owner of a well known National Bank in Palm Beach. John was retired when he was recruited by V.I.P. to join the care management and business development teams. He is an excellent example of how a diverse professional life comes together to make a well seasoned problem solver for our clients.
